Journal Entry 6

Date: 17. 6 . 2025

Activity: 

- Juiced up the breakout game

- Juiced up every collision in the game

- Added sounds

- Added trails to the ball

- A confetti plays when the ball hits the paddle

Notes:

I used the DOTween plugin for the first time and found it to be very flexible and useful. Same goes for custom trails and particle systems which can produce very different results even with the default materials.

Invested hours: 

- 4 - 5 hours

More than expected because I had to keep interrupting work for days due to exams.

Outcome:

- A juiced up build of breakout has been uploaded to the page.
